Two programmatic volumes build the party walls and give continuity to the urban planning. In the corner, an urban space is generated as a semi-covered square that acts as the lobby of the building. Inside, a linear space distributes the program. This space opens onto the inner courtyard converted into a garden with native vegetation and provides tranquility and rest to the waiting rooms.

The materiality of the building dialogues with the volcanic tones of the area through a dark ceramic façade. The carpentry is in natural wood, providing warmth to the resting spaces.

Thermal inertia and cross ventilation are the strategies used to achieve good passive performance of the building and reduce energy consumption.
