The new Primary Health Care Centre (CAP) is compoded of 4 separated volumes that contain the functional program: multipurpose area, work area and consulting rooms, that recognize the directions with which the urbanization around the Can Llong farmhouse is structured.

The access from the Ronda Europa, at the southern end of the plot, leads directly to the reception and continues with a linear walkway facing the Can Llong farmhouse and Parc de les Aigües. This space favors the relationship with the environment and introduces the landscape into the interior of the building. It is also the backbone that connects the different areas and volumes of the CAP.

The ceramic facades integrate the building into an urban environment where this material predominates and facilitate its subsequent maintenance. This material is combined with two large openings framed in concrete and screened with a metallic solar filter, giving representativeness to the building and framing the main façade and the skylight on the first floor.
